Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE a good slab of cake, but sometimes all I want after a good feed and few glasses of a decent red is a wedge of a really great honking cheese. Or five.
Camille & Liam’s wedding at Red Hill Estate put a fine specimen of a cheese tower on display for us to enjoy with all our senses!
Man, it had a cracking whiff by 9pm! I nearly busted out the emergency crackers I keep in the camera bag, it smelt so good.

Anyway, if you’re looking for an alternative to a wedding cake, a cheese tower is always a winner in my book. Obviously, the mini desserts that toured the room were great too – it was Max’s restaurant at Red Hill Estate after all!
