Roomba’s is as a one of a kind wedding venue. Unlike some of the larger wedding venues, it’s a small business that is run by a family team which specialises in organising and planning different events including weddings. When booking your event at Roomba’s, you’ll know that you will deal with the same team each and every time.
The Function Room
The main function room is ideal for a more elaborate reception and bigger groups with its beautiful seating area outside overlooking the picturesque Macedon Ranges. Roomba’s also provides lots of photo opportunities or spots for enjoying the views along with some canapés and a drink. The function room can accommodate 50 to 130 guests in sit down style and when in cocktail style, it can host up to 200 guests.

There are numerous indoor spaces specifically designed for photo opportunities, which are especially useful if the weather outdoors isn’t working in our favour. Outdoors, the gardens are extensive and have a really lovely natural bush feel to them. Plenty for a wedding photographer like me that loves the natural look.
Wedding Ceremonies
At Roomba’s you’ll have the option to either hold wedding your ceremony outside or inside.
You may consider holding your ceremony under the wrought iron Gazebo in the gardens, under the trees or just inside. Indoor ceremonies offer guests with unique experience of walking through an old cellar to reach the Oak Room, which is the ceremony room. Roomba’s have also renovated the big wine shed to transform it into another indoor ceremony option that can accommodate up to 85 persons.
The fee at Roomba’s varies, but it includes their red carpet for brides to make their grand entrance outside or inside. The wooden bench seats may accommodate a total of 25 guests, 2 chairs, and signing table. The use of the venue and its grounds for photos is also included. There is also a bridal room that you can use before the wedding ceremony starts.
The Wedding Package
The wedding package at Roomba’s is per head inclusive of the beverages over five hours. They offer various package styles that will surely suit your needs and budget. Some of the things included in the wedding package are pre function foyer area, personalised menus on every table, photos on the property, clothed cake table with cake knife and gift table and wine served to every guest.
