The Mornington Peninsula is set to get a brand new luxury hotel this year, and judging by the early PR photos I’m guessing it’s going to be one of the most popular places to stay and be seen.
Jackalope is set amongst some of the Peninsula’s longest established vineyards and will comprise 46 luxury guest rooms, 30 metre infinity pool, art installations, winery and cellar door and several fine dining options.
It’s not going to be within the budget for most couples, but hosting a wedding here would be a pretty special event. If you’re considering Jackalope for any part of your wedding then please do drop me a line as I’d love to be along for the ride.
The hotel is going to have some really exciting spaces and the opportunities for interesting wedding photography are going to be huge!
I’ll post more details and photos once I’ve had a chance to visit the hotel. I’ll even check out the cellar door on your behalf – I’m generous like that.
