The Chapel
The Chapel can seat a total of 110 guests with a little standing room. It’s comfortable interior has an antique harmonium organ, wooden pews, stunning flower arrangements, stained glass windows, organza pew bows, and wrought iron candelabras. The chapel is also air conditioned and features a quality sound system inside out, rest rooms as well as ample on-site parking.
Its beautiful Chapel Gardens boasts a large and scenic lake with seasonal waterfall, old horse drawn carts, replica colonial buildings, a windmill, and other things that are useful as backdrops for wedding photography.
Their exclusive Chapel Bar is also available for drinks after the wedding ceremony has concluded. A group shot is usually taken by the wedding photographer immediately after you and your guests leave the chapel and just prior to the guests making their way to the outdoor bar.

The Reception
Inglewood Estate is a licensed private venue that is known for its good food, comfort and relaxed atmosphere. In a previous life it was used as an old hay shed on the property which helps to give the venue some country style, history, and a bit of character!
Located in beautiful private gardens with a vineyard and duck pond, Inglewood also has spectacular views across the Yarra Valley. The main building also has 2 open fires to keep guests cosy during those cooler evenings we sometimes get.
The Cottage
The Cottage of Inglewood Estate is the property’s original farm house that was built in 1893 and is one of the few original timber cottages found in the Kangaroo Ground.
The cottage have been renovated and styled for those who want to utilise it for wedding photos. Inglewood Estate’s cottage is also now exclusively available to the brides for use on wedding day and so allows for bride or groom preparation on site. If you’re not planning on arriving in a fancy wedding car, then this could be a good option to consider.
I’ve always enjoyed photographing weddings at Inglewood Estate as there are so many options for photos and the whole property has a lovely and relaxed feel to it.
