Rain

Well, the last wedding of the season booked in for Samantha & Jesse it was looking like it was going to be wet. Very wet.

The night before, it rained.
In the morning, it rained.
In the afternoon, it stopped. Woo hoo!

So, we didn’t get glorious sunshine, but we did get an afternoon of dry weather and moody skies, which enabled us to get out and about and make us of some of Melbourne’s best loved landmarks.

The one thing I love after rain, is just how lush and green everything looks. And the fresh smell you get after plenty of rain is just so refreshing.

For some reason it reminds me of being a kid and playing on my bike. I guess I could attribute that to growing up in England…
